Clean Water Services (District) intends to purchase one Tymco Model 435 Regenerative Air Sweeper (Sweeper) from Tymco, Inc. (Tymco), the Sweeper manufacturer, through an interstate cooperative procurement conducted by the Houston-Galveston Area Council Cooperative Purchasing Program (HGAC). The District is a member of HGAC’s cooperative purchasing program. This notice is given according to ORS 279A.220.
