Synopsis
This Request for Proposal seeks a consultant to provide the following services: (1) Annual actuarial valuation for the SIP. (2) Annual and semi-annual actuarial valuations for the Plan. (3) GASB 75 post-employment actuarial review (upon request, priced separately) for the Plan. (4) Medical Plan Administration RFP services. (5) Medicare Advantage Plan Administration RFP services. (6) Perform other consultant services as requested to the Commission and MoDOT, as set forth in this RFP. Proposals in the required format provided for in this RFP must be submitted electronically via the MissouriBUYS MOVERS website and received on or before 2:00pm CST, May 22, 2026.
