Description

The Veteran Affairs Pacific Islands Healthcare System (VAPIHCS) has a requirement for

Furniture, Fixtures and Equipment (FF&E). Management, inventory control, relocation,

installation, teardown and removal of existing furniture along with the purchase of new furniture.

The VAPIHCS requires a contractor to provide a full range of services to:

a. Assemble/disassemble, install, relocate and remove existing office FF&E, equipment and

related materials from a location, transport the items to a new location and install/place

them according to the direction of the Contracting Officer Representative (COR) or

Designated Technical Expert (DTE).

b. The Contractor shall remove and dispose all packing material, boxes and pallets associated

with the delivery. The Contractor shall not place these items into Government-owned

dumpsters. Disposal shall be in compliance with all Federal, State, Local and

Environmental regulations. Under no circumstances shall any items be disposed of on

government property as per VAPIHCS policy.
