This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The National Park Service (NPS) has a requirement for limestone aggregate procurement and delivery for Big South Fork National River and Recreation Area.

This document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2025-03 January 17, 2025.
This proposed acquisition will be 100% small business set-aside procurement.

Period of Performance: 30 Days after award
