Project Description: The City of Vancouver is seeking proposals from qualified firms/individuals to provide a comprehensive software solution and related services to support the City’s Fire Department, Fire Marshal’s Office in fire and life safety prevention activities. Functions of the software should include conducting and documenting the legal progression of fire inspections; issuing and managing fire operational permits; receiving and resolving public complaints; tracking fire protection systems and required inspection system test reports; issuing correction notices and citations; managing fee schedules, invoicing, and payment processing. The selected Proposer will provide a commercially proven, configurable, secure, and supportable system to improve efficiency, accuracy, transparency, and cost recovery within the City’s Vancouver Fire Department.
