Reusable Energy Absorbing Layer (REAL) & Reusable Universal Skid Board (RUSB)

Notice of Intent to Single-Source:

The 637d Contracting Squadron (CONS) – Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson (JBER), Alaska intends to orally solicit and award a single-source contract to QRDC, Inc. for acquisition of the following:

• Reusable Energy Absorbing Layer Module (REAL)


• Reusable Universal Skid Board (RUSB)

THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE OFFERS and a solicitation will not be issued. All responsible sources may submit a quote which shall be considered. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition of this requirement would be advantageous to the Government. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. If no affirmative written response is received, the award will be made without further notice. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice. RESPONSES ARE DUE NO LATER THAN 20 March 2025 by 4:00 PM AKST to Ms. Hannah Tolbert, at hannah.tolbert.1@us.af.mil.
