Inner Perimeter Road Utilities Extensions

Sealed bids will be received by the City of Valdosta at the office of the City Engineer, City Hall Annex Building, 300 N. Lee Street, Valdosta, Georgia, until 10:00 AM, Local Time, on Thursday, May 8, 2025 for water main, sewer gravity main, sewer force main, and sewage lift station including related work. The work consists of the installation of +/-7800 l.f. of new water main, +/-3000 l.f. of new gravity sanitary sewer, +/-1500 l.f. of new sanitary sewer force main, one new sewage lift station, the associated sanitary sewer manholes, the associated water main fittings and appurtenances, and other related grading, demolition, repair and patching, grading, grassing, and all related work. This will be a Unit Price Contract, and payments will be made on a monthly basis with payment to be based on actual quantities of work measured. The list of items shown in the Unit Price Schedule is inclusive of all the work shown and described.
