1. The proposed solicitation will be solicited as unrestricted. The NAICS code is 811412, Appliance Repair and Maintenance.
2. Description of items: The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, vehicles, supervision and other items and services necessary to provide the following services at the Puget Sound VA Medical center located at 1660 S. Columbian Way Seattle, WA 98108.
3. Period of performance. Five (5) days after receipt of order (ARO).
4. The anticipated issuance of the Request for Quote is end of December 2024 with an anticipated award date second week of January 2025.
5. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency.
