Description:

The New York State Office of General Services Design & Construction (OGS D&C) intends to contract with one (1) firm to provide consulting, design, and engineering services for concrete and related structural repairs, and ongoing water infiltration issues at various OGS locations Statewide. The firm must possess a strong structural engineering background as assigned tasks will primarily be in this area of expertise. Other tasks may also include architectural, civil/site engineering, mechanical, and electrical, engineering. The majority of projects will involve the rehabilitation of existing facilities.
