Project Description: Eastern Municipal Water District (EMWD) is seeking qualifications-based proposals from highly qualified consulting firms to provide independent, expert advisory services for the evaluation and selection of an Electronic Bill Presentment and Payment (EBPP) system and a Customer Self-Service (CSS) portal. The requirements for the work are further described in Section 2 – Scope of Service.
