BPA Call - Solidworks Licenses for NSWC PCD

This BPA Call order was not competed, and this was a Fixed-Price requirement. An award of a firm fixed priced order was made against the Naval Warfare Information Center (Pacific), on behalf of the Department of Defense Enterprise Software Initiatitve (ESI), Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) N66021-21-A-0029, on a limited sole source basis to Lyme Computer Systems, Inc. The NIWC PAC BPA N66021-21-A-0029 is issued against the GSA Federal Supply Schedule Contract GS-35F-465GA. See attached Limited Sources Justification for additional information.
