REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP) RFP Visitor's Center Boiler, Hot Water Heater & Air Conditioning Upgrade Project

General:

The City of Claremont, NH (hereafter referred to as the “CITY”) invites qualified firms to submit proposals for Visitor’s Center HVAC Upgrade Project (hereafter referred to as the (“CONTRACTOR”). Details of the project will be covered in the scope of work section of this document.

Instructions:

Proposals must be submitted in a sealed envelope no later than 1:00 P.M. EST on Tuesday, April 1st , 2025, c/o City Manager’s Office, City Hall, 58 Opera House Square, Claremont NH 03743. Envelope must be clearly marked “Visitor’s Center HVAC Upgrade Project” Proposals will be opened publicly at that time. Unsealed, late, emailed, or faxed proposals will not be accepted.

Important Dates:

Submitted due date is Tuesday April 1 ^st 1:00 pm est.

Prebid walk-through March 10 ^th at 1:00 pm Est at 14 North Street Claremont, NH 03743.

Questions or inquiries submitted by 1:00 pm Est on Friday March 21 ^st , 2025.
