Learning Management System for Baldrige Performance Excellence Program (BPEP)

AMENDMENT #4 - The purpose of this amendment is to re-issue this solicitation. The due date has been extended, the solicitation has been revised and new attachments have been included. All previous amendments and documents related to the original solicitation have been removed and should no longer be considered as it relates to this solicitation.

BPEP requires a cloud-based (service), commercial off-the-shelf (COTS), Learning Management System (LMS). The LMS platform shall deliver BPEP’s online learning content to examiners, judges, overseers, and other stakeholders.
