Solicitation Amendment has been amended to:

• Corrected quantity listed under Schedule of Supplies/Services for CLIN’s 0001 through 0005 from 26 classes to 16 classes per ordering year


• Corrected Period of Performance from 22-July-2025 – 21-July-2025 to 1-September-2025 – 31-August-2026


• Revised last sentence in PWS under 1.4 Objectives to allow cohesion between PWS and PRS

UPDATE - SOLICITATION AMENDMENT

Submission received did not produce an award; therefeore the Solicitation will not create an award, which is the reason for the Amendment.

This solicitation will be developed into an indefinite-delivery indefinite-quantity contract vehicle for an ordering period lasting from 1 September 2025 through 31 August 2030. This solicitation will not be developed into a requirements contract vehicle.

Reading Efficiency and Comprehension Improvement Course (REACIC) is a non-personal services contract to provide an 8-hour Speed Reading class to improve US Army Command and General Staff Officers Course (CGSOC) students reading speed and comprehension. As a result of the training the students reading comprehension will, at a minimum, increase an individual's reading speed by 50%. See Solicitation PWS/PRS for more details.
