Synopsis:

|
<p>This Request for Proposals (RFP) is an invitation by the Government of Saskatchewan (GOS), Ministry of SaskBuilds and Procurement (SBP) on behalf of the Ministry of Parks, Culture and Sport (PCS) to prospective Proponents to submit proposals for the provision of Consulting Engineering Services for a Wastewater Infrastructure Assessment at Cypress Hills Interprovincial Park as further described in the RFP Particulars (refer to Appendix A).</p> <p>The scope of work for this RFP is to include:</p> <ul> <li>A comprehensive assessment of the wastewater infrastructure at Cypress Hills Interprovincial Park. Field verifications of the assets that comprise the wastewater system will be required, including but not necessarily limited to the mechanical wastewater treatment plant, effluent storage cells, the effluent irrigation system, lift stations, aeration equipment, clarifiers, pumping equipment, forcemains, sanitary manholes, and any valves or appurtenances. Field verification of the gravity sewer piping is not required.</li> <li>A ‘Phased Capital Replacement and Maintenance Plan’, </li> <li>Preliminary and Detailed Design for upgrades to the core area lift station.</li> </ul>
