Intent to Sole Source - Boat Operations Training Course

This is a notice of intent to award a sole source procurement action for Boat Operations and Enhanced Vessel Operator Training Course, and is not a request for competitive proposals.

All inquiries received will be evaluated; however, a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.

The intention is to award this contract to National Association of State Boating Law Adminstrators due to their unique exportable course recognized by all 56 states and territories, FEMA, and the United States Coast Guard. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency.

This requirement requires a specific course offered exclusively by National Association of State Boating Law Adminstrators in accordance with the attched Statement of Work
