Description
The City of Sandy Springs is seeking a qualified contractor to complete an asset assessment (focusing on asset condition, siltation, and maintenance needs) with appropriate quality control for roughly ~20% of the inventory on an accelerated timetable. The stormwater system owned and/or maintained by the City includes ~5,309 conduits (pipes, open drainage, etc.) with total linear feet of 366,572.5 (69.4 Miles) and ~4,742 structures for a total of ~10,051 assets. The assets are spread over 38.52 square miles and divided into 6 stormwater basins.
