This serves as a Presolicitation notice under FAR 5.204
NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Jacksonville, Florida, intends to issue a Request for Quote (RFQ) on or about January 6, 2024. The proposed requirement is for Instructor Support Services for the Naval Construction Training Center (NCTC) in Gulfport, MS.
Additional detailed information is provided in the attached draft Performance Work Statement (PWS). The draft PWS describes only the currently contemplated possible scope of services and may vary from the work scope in a final PWS included in any Request for Quotation (RFQ).
This was previously synopsized as a Sources Sought Notice under 20240008786INSTRSUPSVCS and is an 8(a) set-aside.
The performance period will begin June 1, 2025 through May 31, 2026, with four (4) one-year option periods. The potential for a six-month extension period, if required, per FAR Clause 52 .217-8, Option to Extend Service. The RFQ will include instructions for preparing price quotes, the PWS, and evaluation criteria.
Interested parties are responsible for registering with System of Award Management (SAM) Contracting Opportunities https://sam.gov/ to download the synopsis, solicitation, subsequent amendments, and all attachments. Offerors are encouraged to review the referenced websites frequently for updates.
No paper copies of the RFQ, attachments, or amendments will be provided. No solicitation mailing list will be issued.
Inquiries and questions for the RFQ shall be emailed to the Contract Specialist at Yaynel.c.yambo.civ@us.navy.mil by December 2, 2024, at 9:00 a.m. (EST).
The resultant award will be a Firm-Fixed-Priced (FFP) type contract. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this RFQ will be 611519; the Size standard is $21 million. And the PSC is U009, Education/ Training- General.
The RFQ number will be N68836-25-R-0004.
A copy of the solicitation and any related amendments will be available on the Contracting Opportunities (SAM) in electronic format at https://sam.gov/. All interested parties may download and respond to the RFQ once it is posted. Only vendors registered in the System Award Management (SAM) database will be eligible for contract awards.
