The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers – New England District is issuing a Pre-Solicitation Notice for Janitorial Services, Recruiting Centers, 6 locations in Western MA

QUESTIONS REGARDING THE PROCUREMENT WILL NOT BE ANSWERED DURING THE PRESOLICITATION PHASE. SUBMIT QUESTIONS TO THE CONTRACT SPECIALIST AFTER THE SOLICITATION AND ASSOCIATED DOCUMENTS HAVE BEEN POSTED.

THE WORK CONSISTS OF:

Contractor will furnish all labor, materials and equipment necessary to perform janitorial services at the locations and frequencies described below:

Janitorial/cleaning services on a two (2) day per week schedule, 104 Service days, at the following location(s):

6 University Dr. Suite 205, Amherst, MA 700 sq. ft.

91 Main Street, 2nd Floor,Greenfield, MA 785 sq. ft.

457 Dalton Avenue, Pittsfield, MA 1499 sq. ft.

128 Main Street, Unit 1,Sturbridge, MA 1768 sq. ft.

Janitorial/cleaning services on a three (3) day per week schedule, 156 Service days at the following location(s):

485 Newton Street, Unit 6, South Hadley, MA 3000 sq. ft.

1472 Riverdale Street, West Springfield, MA 4055 sq. ft.

This is not a request for quotes at this time. The solicitation requirements and contract documents, to include instructions for submission, and the response date will be available on or about March 5, 2026. Neither telephonic, mailed nor faxed requests for hard copies of this solicitation will be accepted. The solicitation will only be available online; in order to download the solicitation offerors must access the Contract Opportunities website (www.SAM.gov).

This procurement is set-aside for small business vendors. The applicable NAICS code is 561720 with a Small Business Size Standard of $22 Million.

ALL VENDORS MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE REGISTRATION IN SAM.GOV AT THE TIME OF SUBMISSION IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED. ANY VENDOR THAT DOES NOT HAVE AN ACTIVE SAM.GOV REGISTRATION WILL BE REJECTED AS NON RESPONSIVE.
