NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITVE PROPOSALS.
The Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA) on behalf of the Bureau of Indian Education (BIE) has entered into a sole source Firm-Fixed Price contract with DH Pace Company, Inc., under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1) sole Source.
Urgent to replace the non-working Sally Port Door in Building A of the Navajo Nation, Division of Justice. This request is necessary in order to allow the Corrective and Law Enforcement staff to enter/exit out of the inmate intake safely area.
The anticipated delivery is February 27, 2026.
