The work for the 2025 TIME AND MATERIALS shall consist of, but not be limited to, furnishing and installing (except as noted) all materials labor and equipment necessary to resurface or rehabilitate streets or roads as listed, including: utility cover adjustments: water gate box lowering and raising, tack coat, shim, and overlay; driveway preparation and lawn and driveway restoration; pavement removal, common excavation, aggregate base gravel; erosion and traffic control and cleanup.
