This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation of Commercial Items and FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued.
This solicitation number RFQ 12FPC425Q0049 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ), and the acquisition procedures at FAR Part 13.5 are being utilized. The Government plans to award a FIRM FIXED PRICE contract resulting from this solicitation to the contractor responsible whose quote conforms to the solicitation and will be most advantageous to the Government.
The Government anticipates issuing a firm fixed priced base award. Award will be made to the responsible quoter whose quote responds to the terms of the RFQ and is the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) offer to the Government.
This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2024-07 effective August 29, 2024, and can be found at https://www.acquisition.gov under the current FAR section.

Description of Requirement:
• Seven self-storage units/car port units and one enclosed unit for UTV/ATV with trailers, specialized soil health trailer and specialized ranger with soil probe.
• 12’ X 45’ or larger covered carport/parking spaces in a secure ware yard/fenced area.
• Access must be available 24/7 and within a 20 miles radius of the Jackson Area Office, 235 Oil Well Road, Jackson TN 38305
