Amend 0001 was issued with attachment of Enclosure (1) Government response to Pre-proposal inquiries (PPI); Attachment 5 Atsugi DBB MACC Seed Project Drawing - Enclosure 1; Attachment 5 Atsugi DBB MACC Seed Project Drawing - Enclosure 2.
**A pre-proposal conference will be held in English on Tuesday, 25 March 2025 at 1000 Japan Standard Time (JST) at NAVFAC Far East, Building 89, U.S. Naval Facility (NAF) Atsugi, Japan.
Site visit of the seed project location will commence immediately after the pre-proposal conference. Participants without base access will require Government escort to attend the site visit and shall submit a request for base access using RFP Attachment 4, Site Visit Request List, no later than 18 March 2025 at 1430 (JST) via email to Ms. Emiko Uyama, Contract Specialist, at emiko.uyama2.ln@us.navy.mil and Ms Teresa Aguon, Contracting Officer, at teresa.f.aguon.civ@us.navy.mil. Failure to request for base access will result in delays or disapproval to access the site location.
