This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products and services prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. 030ADV25R0038 is issued as a Request For Proposal (RFP) and includes brand name items as indicated in the attached Justification and Approval (J&A) for Other Than Full and Open Competition.
The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-04. This solicitation is issued on an unrestricted basis. No set aside is being used and there will be no evaluated preference for different socioeconomic status.
