Description:
Base Bid includes complete removal and replacement for the clay tile roof system at Roof Area A and entrance canopies (A1ñA3) for approximately 222 squares. Base Bid also includes replacement of the low-slope penthouse roof with a two-ply modified bitumen system for approximately 2 squares. Alternate 1 includes minor maintenance and repairs to Roof Areas B and C.
