This requirement is for transponded bandwidth capacity and end to end managed services leveraging all available satellite transmission frequency bands, Wireless Services, Cellular services, and access methods to lease or purchase options for multiple service models and Managed Services solutions to achieve global coverage utilizing multi-orbit and multi-band; deliver high capacity services and mobile spread spectrum services; provide Worldwide Internet Protocol (IP) backhaul from commercial gateways to the MCEN through Government Entry Points (GEP) and to the Department of Defense Information Network (DoDIN), to include Program Management support, bandwidth management and analysis tools, and access to provided SATCOM network monitoring tools via non-secure and secure networks.
