The purpose of this Invitation to Bid (ITB) by the City of Harrisonburg, Virginia (City) is to solicit sealed bids from interested vendors (Bidder) to provide Ready-Mix Concrete for various City departments. Product shall be delivered by the vendor to the Cityâs various work site locations and shall be FOB Destination. The City reserves the right to issue a primary and secondary contract for this ITB.
