RESIDENTIAL NEW CONSTRUCTION PROJECT
Notice is hereby given that Habitat for Humanity of Central Arkansas (Habitat) will receive separate, sealed bids until Friday, December 6th, 2024 at 12:00 P.M. on the following:
NEW CONSTRUCTION OF TWO (2) RESIDENTIAL STRUCTURES ON SEPERATE SITES LOCATED AT THE FOLLOWING ADDRESSES:
1223 Division St, North Little Rock, AR 72114
1928 Flora St, North Little Rock, AR 72114
Specifications, Drawings, and required Bid Forms may be secured from Habitat, 6700 South University, Little Rock, AR 72209 in person on weekdays from 9:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M., online at www.habitatcentralar.org , by e-mailing kelleymelhorn@gmail.com , or by calling 501-251-6673. Bid packages and pertinent information will be available beginning Sunday, November 24th until Friday, December 6, 2024, at 12:00 P.M., at which time bids will be publicly opened and read aloud.
Habitat encourages the participation of disadvantaged, small, minority, and women owned business enterprises in the procurement of goods, services, and construction, either as contractor or subcontractor. Habitat reserves the right to reject any or all bids, in whole or part, or award items separately, or to waive any formalities to, in the opinion of Habitat, accept the bid that is in Habitat’s best interest.
