Description: Brookhaven Science Associates, LLC (herein known as “BSA”), operator of Brookhaven National Laboratory (BNL) under a Prime Contract with the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) herewith solicits your quote for the subject requirement for Construction Manager as Advisor Services to be used for the Electron-Ion Collider (EIC). The Construction Manager as Advisor (CMa) Services are to support the Design and Pre-Construction of the Electron-Ion Collider (EIC) Infrastructure project at Brookhaven National Laboratory (BNL) managed by Brookhaven Science Associates (BSA). Work to be performed by a CMa shall consist of “Pre-Construction Support Services” which shall include services that will be performed during the design of the EIC and preparation for construction.
