Project Description: The Housing Authority of the City of San Antonio, Texas, and its affiliated entities a/k/a Opportunity Home San Antonio (“Opportunity Home” or “Owner”) (formerly d/b/a San Antonio Housing Authority (“SAHA”)) proposes to renovate the exterior and improve the site at Riverside Apartments and is requesting competitive sealed proposals for the work. Proposals are to be submitted in accordance with this invitation and the accompanying instructions.
