NOTICE
In accordance with Arkansas Code Annotated § 19-11-229(d) and § 19-11-801 et seq., MSWA, operators of the water system in Newton County, Arkansas, invite interested entities providing professional services in the state of Arkansas to submit an annual statement of qualifications (SOQ) for legal, financial advisory, architectural, engineering, and land surveying professional consulting services. DO NOT INCLUDE FEES IN YOUR STATEMENT.
As professional services are required, a selection will be made from the statements received, in a fair and transparent manner, in accordance with State statutes, to perform the professional services. MSWA encourages the participation of DBE/WBE/MBE businesses in its procurement process and activity.
Submit (5) copies of the SOQ by mail to P.O. Box 356, Jasper Arkansas 72641. Respondents are responsible for all costs associated with preparing and delivering materials in response to this request for this SOQ. Please respond by 1:00 p.m. on December 31, 2024, to be considered for professional services.
MSWA will procure the services according to the provisions of the ACA
§19-11-801 et seq.
