Project Description: The LEHIGH COUNTY AUTHORITY will receive sealed bids online for the CYCLES 9 & 10 WATER MAIN REPLACEMENTS until 10:00 a.m., prevailing time, March 19, 2026 at which time they will be opened. A MANDATORY pre-bid meeting will be held virtually via Microsoft Teams on March 11, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. The pre-bid meeting will be conducted virtually via Microsoft Teams. Anyone interested in participating in the pre-bid meeting should contact Kevin Ziegler at kziegler@gftinc.com to receive meeting participation instructions. Please submit your request by close of business on Monday, March 9, 2026.
All Bidders must submit Bid Security in the amount of 10% of the Bid total.
