Notice of Intent to Sole Source

This is a notice of intent to issue a sole source purchase order using simplified acquisition procedures for original manufacturer of the linear accelerators technical experts on service, maintenance, and performance upgrades to the system, for use at McAlester Army Ammunition Plant. Original equipment manufacturer Varex Imaging Corporation distributor and certified technicians to perform requirement, meet compatibility and required compliance restrictions. Any purchase order will be awarded under 'other than full and open competition' as authorized by FAR 6.302-1.

This is not a request for offers. A determination by the Government not to compete this procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct future competitive procurements for this item.
