This solicitation for Polaris and Generator Services for a single award contract with a five-year ordering period (base year plus four option years) prepared in accordance with the format in FAR 12 and FAR 13, as supplemented with additional information included in this notification. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2022-02, Defense Acquisition Circular 30 Dec 2021, and Air Force Acquisition Circular 2021-0726 27 October 2021.
This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ), solicitation number FA286025Q0019. The procurement is a 100% Small Business Set Aside. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this acquisition is 811111, General Automotive Repair. The small business size standard is 100 employees.
All responsible sources may submit an offer to be considered by the agency.

Paper copies of the RFQ will not be made available. Quotes shall be e-mailed to the following e-mail address: dennis.early.2@us.af.mil. NOTE: quotes must be received by 12 September 2025, 12:00 PM EASTERN STANDARD TIME (EST); late quotes will not be considered for the award. Offerors must be registered and have an active status in the System for Award Management (SAM) (www.sam.gov) to be eligible for award. Responsible sources may submit a quote, which, if timely received, shall be considered by this agency. Quotes shall be valid for 120 days from RFP close date.
