Wiggins Pass Navigation Light Deconstruction and Reconstruction

We need to remove and replace the metal platform and ladder structure on the Wiggins Pass navigation light piling.

Please quote removal, disposal, fabrication, and installation of a new ladder and platform constructed of stainless steel. The navigation light should be solar powered and visible for three miles.

Current structure is steel and located approximately 0.3 miles from the mouth of Wiggins Pass (26.287706, -81.83569) in Collier County, FL. It supports a battery and solar light array and is attached to a concrete piling. The current platform is 10' x 10'. The distance from the lower platform to the upper platform is approximately 10ft. A metal ladder connects the lower platform to the upper platform.

This site is only accessible by boat and will likely require a barge and crane or other lifting device to perform the work. The concrete piling is already in place so the only work necessary will be removal of existing platform and fabrication and installation of new platform. The platform is approximately 10 ft above the water.
