Project Description: REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS FOR TOWN HALL IMPROVEMENTS

Introduction
Sigurd Town (hereinafter referred to as “the Town”) is seeking proposals from qualified and experienced contractors for the interior remodel of the existing Sigurd Town Hall .
The Sigurd Town Hall was constructed approximately in 1995. This interior improvement project includes remodeling the council chambers and additional interior areas. The scope of work includes framing, gypsum board installation, painting, interior finishes, flooring, and electrical work. The total project budget is up to $40,000.
