The City of Irving is soliciting qualifications from consulting firms to provide planning, master planning, cost estimation, phasing, and full A/E design services for the Joint Public Safety Building.
There will be no pre-submittal conference in conjunction with this RFQ.
A public opening will be held via TEAMS. Please see the Activities tab for further details.
Please call the individual listed on the bid if you require assistance with this submittal. Electronic submission will eliminate errors and unnecessary work, and is more friendly to the environment.
