Aug. 11, 2025 - Issuance of Request for Proposal
Sept. 4, 2025 - Deadline for Questions and/or Inquires
Sept. 9, 2025 - City Issues Responses to Written Questions and Comments
Sept. 15, 2025 - Proposals due by 3:00 p.m. PST
Sept. 29 – Oct. 3, 2025 - Interviews with Selected Consultants, if determined necessary by City
Oct. 10, 2025 - City Determines Finalist for Contract Negotiations
Nov. 24, 2025 - Contract Award to Selected Consultant
