Description

This contract action is to procure one (1) new Lube and Scavenge Test Stand (LASTS), for the LM2500 Platform. This test stand is a specialized system used for testing components, assemblies, or systems under various conditions to evaluate their performance, durability, or functionality. The LASTS is specifically designed to check and test the Depot Maintenance Interservice Support Agreements (DMISA) Lube and Scavenge Pump units in support of the LM2500 engine program at Fleet Readiness Center South West (FRCSW). The LASTS shall include: manufacture, pre-shipment/Point-of-Origin testing, shipping, rigging/installation, start-up, commissioning, and training for one (1) Lube and Scavenge Test Stand, located at FRC-SW in San Diego, CA, in Building 379 2nd floor. Required documentation is export controlled. Offerors must submit their DD2345 to Kelsey L. Herbert at kelsey.l.herbert2.civ@us.navy.mil prior to receiving documentation.
