Project Description: The State of Utah Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) Division of Child and Family Services (DCFS) is issuing this Request for Grant Applications (RFGA) for the following services:
Child Abuse Prevention services to be provided in the Eastern and Southwestern DCFS Regions, which includes the following counties: Daggett, Duchesne, Uintah, Carbon, Emery, Grand, San Juan, Sanpete, Sevier, Beaver, Piute, Wayne, Iron, Garfield, Washington, and Kane.
