Scope of Work Summary: Sealed proposals are requested from qualified and licensed contractors for the comprehensive exterior façade refurbishment of a historic mixed-use property in New Haven. Work is funded by a state grant and involves specialized restoration and waterproofing. Major work includes: Historic masonry repointing (lime-based mortar), application of a clear, breathable, penetrating silane/siloxane water repellent, restoration and painting of exterior wood trim, and mandatory compliance with all Connecticut State Lead Paint Abatement and Disposal Regulations.
