Opportunities for Ohioans with Disabilities (OOD) is requesting quotes for the below item for time period September 1, 2025 through August 31, 2026:

Formal quote must be attached and must reference any catalog numbers and contract numbers that can be associated with this project.

A) OOD shall base the award on lowest cost.

B) OOD will also base the award on the respondent that is responsive, responsible, and able to complete the work described in the summary.

C) A formal quote must be attached.

D) Respondent shall complete and submit the Certification Statements form if seeking a Buy America, Buy Ohio, and/or a Veterans Preference. If not seeking a preference, Respondent does not need to return the attached form.

Mailed, emailed, or faxed responses will NOT be accepted.
