Description of Work:
Riverbend P ark incurred significant damages as a result of Tropical S torm H elene to the following:
asphalt roadways, a nd e mbankments a long the Suwannanoa R iver. T he C ity s eeks a qualified
engineering firm to p rovide engineering s ervices, including, b ut not limited to: d amage a ssessment,
c onstructiondocumentsa nds pecifications,c ostestimating,permitting,bidassistance,a ndconstruction
a dministration.
It is anticipated that this project will be funded in full or in part through federal public assistance grants
from the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA). As such, federal procurement terms and
conditions shall apply to this request. (Incident #20240924 Tropical System Helene)
