2050 COMPREHENSIVE PLAN. The City of Richfield, MN is seeking proposals from qualified consultants to provide planning services to the City of Richfield for its 2050 Comprehensive Plan update. The updated plan must conform with the Metropolitan Council’s Imagine 2050 Plan and System Statement and Minimum Requirements Checklist respective to the city. A full copy of the Request for Proposals (RFP) is available on the city of Richfield’s website . Proposals are due by Friday, March 27, 2026 at 4:30 p.m. Proposals (pdf format) can be submitted electronically to Sam Crosby, City Planner, at scrosby@richfieldmn.gov . Any questions are to be submitted in writing to Sam Crosby by 8 a.m. Monday, March 9. Written responses to all questions received will be posted online no later than 4:30 p.m. on Friday, March 13.
