PROFESSIONAL PLANNING AND DESIGN CONSULTANTS. Stillwater Public Library is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide planning-level design services, including conceptual and schematic design and planning-level cost estimates, for the Children’s Library and Event Wing spaces. The resulting Children’s Library & Event Wing Enhancement Plan (CLEWE Plan) will support donor engagement, grant applications, and long-term capital planning. It is anticipated that any future renovations resulting from the CLEWE Plan would be funded primarily through gifts and grants. A copy of the RFP is available on the Library’s website .
