Project Description: The purpose of this RFP is to enter into a contract to provide Collections services for Salt Lake Community College's receivables which include tuition and fees, return of Title IV funds, Tuition Payment Plans (TPP), Promise to Pay agreements (PPA) and a other types of student and nonstudent accounts. AR places past due accounts to collection agencies for a total period of six years. Total accounts currently assigned to collection agencies is approximately $7,600,000.
This RFP will result in multiple contract awards to the responsive and responsible vendor with the highest scores justified by the procurement code
Any contract awarded as a result of this solicitation will have an initial term of 3 years. Starting July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2029.
Renewal After the initial term, the contract may be renewed for up to two (2) additional one (1) terms. Annual renewal shall be contingent upon the College’s satisfaction with the services performed and the overall performance of the contractor.
