Nebraska Public Power District (DISTRICT) intends to enter into a Contract for labor and miscellaneous tool and equipment to install two (2) new Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) systems at the DISTRICT’S Doniphan Contral Center in Doniphan, Nebraska in accordance with the Contract Documents.

Pre-Bid Meeting Details
A mandatory pre-bid meeting for prospective Bidders will be held at the DISTRICT’S Doniphan Contract Center at 2060 West Platte River Drive, Doniphan, Nebraska, on Thursday, September 3, 2025 at 10:00 a.m., CDT, for the purpose of reviewing the Contract specifications and to answer any questions or clarifications the Bidder may have concerning the Contract requirements. It is the Bidder’s responsibility, while participating in the pre-bid meeting, to ask any questions necessary to understand the requirements of the Contract so the Bidder can submit a bid that is complete and according to the specifications. It is imperative that all prospective Bidders attend this meeting. Bids will not be accepted from any Bidder not in attendance at the pre-bid meeting.
If you plan to participate, email Sarah Hopwood at sjhopwo@nppd.com and Melinda Evans, maevans@nppd.com with the names of those representatives planning to participate in this pre-bid and the company they represent no later than August 27, 2025.
