SCOPE OF WORK
Work of this Contract involves a variety of items, including but not limited to: New doors and frames Upgrade/renovate existing washrooms Create a single-use washroom Replace various flooring with new Replace the existing concrete rink slab with new Replace refrigeration equipment Upgrade existing lighting to new LED Various electrical system upgrades Various mechanical system upgrades Painting Miscellaneous repairs and upgrades All work is located at Irving W. Chapley Community Centre, 205 Wilmington Avenue in Toronto, Ontario |

Only submissions from the following Pre-Qualified Suppliers will be considered:
1. Aquicon Construction Co. Ltd. 2. Frank Pellegrino General Contracting Limited 3. Joe Pace & Sons Contracting Inc. Mandatory site meeting will take place at 11:00am local time on March 17,2025, at Irving W. Chapley Community Centre at 205 Wilmington Avenue, Toronto. Site meetings will not be available at any other times. |
