The Blue Marsh Lake project, located in Berks County, Pennsylvania is operated and maintained by the US Army Corps of Engineers, Philadelphia District (NAP). In addition to the authorized flood control mission, NAP manages a large recreation program at Blue Marsh Lake. The purpose of this specification is to provide a completely operational water distribution and sewage collection system for the Dry Brooks Day Use and Dry Brooks Boat Ramp Areas at Blue Marsh Lake.
Specific details of the requirement are provided in the Performance Work Statement and the Solicitation W912BU25RA007 Amd 0001 attachments.
