The District is issuing this RFSQ (2024 Intake) to qualify suppliers with the experience to provide professional Information Technology (“IT”) consulting services on an “as and when requested” basis for the District in the following six (6) Service Categories:
  1. Business Advisory
  2. Procurement and Negotiations

  6. Business Analysis
The qualified suppliers meeting the requirements and conditions in the RFSQ process will be invited to enter into a Master Framework Agreement and placed on the Qualified Supplier Roster. As further detailed in section 2.6, the District intends to rely on the Qualified Supplier Roster as the method to procure the bulk of its IT Professional Consulting Services requirements. Purchasing Services will manage and administer the Master Framework Agreement and Qualified Supplier Roster on behalf of the District.
Please be aware that all submissions to this RFSQ must be made by email to purchase@saanich.ca .
This is the “annual” 2024 Intake to onboard new suppliers.
This RFSQ (2024 Intake) is open to any new suppliers wishing to apply to be included in the Qualified Supplier Roster and Suppliers presently on the Qualified Supplier Roster that want to apply for new categories or any categories they were not pre-qualified.
NOTE: If a supplier is currently qualified and on the Qualified Supplier Roster and satisfied with their service categories, no action is required, and you do NOT need to re-apply.
